Chloe graduated from the University of Guelph in 2019 with a BA Criminal Justice and Public Policy and a minor in Business. Her desire to pursue a Master of Science in Rural Planning and Development at the University of Guelph stems from her recent undergraduate adventure to the rural community of Campobello Island, New Brunswick. Through engaging with stakeholders in the community, she was able to develop an appreciation for the unique opportunities and challenges that the isolated island community experiences and understand the importance of planning and development for the viability of rural places.
