Damilola comes from an agricultural background and has practical experience in community-driven planning activities. His passion lies in advocating for policies and practices that foster sustainable and equitable communities. He currently seeks to strengthen policies supporting Ontario’s agri-food sector and sustainability. As part of this goal, he is evaluating the province’s policy statement on land use planning through a review of the document and discussions with key stakeholders. His consultations are enlisting diverse perspectives from the planning sector to ultimately help form evidence-based policy recommendations.
