Research Assistant 

Nina is a graduate student with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies (2016) at Saint Mary’s University. Growing up in Winnipeg’s inner city, Nina is passionate about urban and regional communities, social and cultural engagements and the development and challenges communities and the residents encounter. Nina is intrigued and engaged with the associations of urban Aboriginals, immigration and migration, and community economic development, planning and innovation.

Nina currently resides in Nova Scotia as a research assistant and desires to further engage in her experiences and knowledge in urban and regional communities by pursuing a career in community research and development.
